Robin Brink

I took lessons from Wayne (Katz) for about a year. He gave me a good sense of how
drums relate to the group/band situation but also how to play creatively.
He taught me everything I know about the application of drum rudiments in playing
and most importantly he gave me the ability to teach myself - to hear and absorb
how others played, to read drumset sheet music,  and to express and develop
my own ideas.

Bradley took lessons with me for about 4 years. He introduced me to the Mars Volta &
Coheed & Cambria, two of my favourite bands. At the moment he's steering the
ship for the Little Kings who lead the Rock Reggae revolution in Cape Town.
The guy can play!

"You can practice drumming anywhere - while walking, eating, talking
or whatever the case may be - if you can find rhythm in something you're practicing. So don't complain about not having rehearsal space
- improv' and have fun. Trust me this opens up your pandora's box in creativity.
