Iris is one of my neighbors and a very close friend to
Gwen and me.
I took this photo in 2004 at a hilarious
party held in the Clubhouse.
Iris is usually the life of the
party.
Amanda at Clubhouse Amanda at Christmas Party
Amanda is a very accomplished Irish Dancer and a very charming young lady. She is also the granddaughter of our own Iris Towel (above), I am priviledged to be able to call them both my friends. Amanda performed a few of her dances for us at Regal Waters annual Christmas Party, and I am sure she enthralled everyone with her excelent performance.

The original home of the Holzheimers'
who owned the land on which Regal Waters is now situated.
It is now used as a library, plus other
recreational activities.

After the alterations by Regal Waters to
convert it into a recreation centre and
library.

Market Garden The Market Garden.
Here you can buy your vegies cheaper
and better than you can at the shops.
The garden is situated at the end of the
first street inside the entrance gate.

Bus Trips Bus Trips.
There are numerous trips during the year
to some very interesting places.
The monthly activities calendar will keep
you informed of any future trips.
Duck pond One of the duck ponds.
This is one of the duck ponds at the start
of the River Walk.
I snapped this one because I wanted to
get this view of the Club House as well.
Swimming Pool Club Swimming Pool.

Very popular venue in the hot months
of the year.
New Ducksl The river walk.
The duck ponds are at the start of the
river walk.
Some of the ducks are very friendly and
will eat out of your hand. they spit your
fingers back out.
Club Bus The Club Bus.
This is what you have to look for when
you are going anywhere on the Club Bus.
Pickup is usually at the Queenslander.
Be fair to the driver and other passengers by being on time.

If any club member has anything to say and would like to have it entered into this board, just drop your details into my letter box No. 98 beside the Queenslander, and I will do my best to get it in as quickly as possible.

Regular events.
Fish and Chip night:
Last Friday of each month. Don't forget to get your menu selection and money in on time or you will miss out. Take aways between 5.00pm and 6.00pm. Eat in the Club House usually after 6.00pm. All you have to bring is your fingers and a big apetite. The bar is open with friendly Ross or Tom at your service.

MONDAYS:
Table Tennis: 8.00am in the "Down Under" Club. Everybody welcome to have a go.
Crochet and Knitting:
8.30am Get together in the Queenslander.
Waterford Shopping:
Regal Waters bus departs every Monday morning at 9.45. The bus only holds 11 passengers, so, depending on the number of people who want to go shopping, the bus may have to make two trips.
Cards and Games:
1.30pm in the Queenslander, come along and meet some friends, have some fun or Share a Craft if you have one.
Indoor Bowls:
6.30pm in the Clubhouse. Try your skills or learn to play this fun game. All welcome.

TUESDAYS:
Line Dancing:
9.00am in the Clubhouse, use up some of that spare energy and get fit at the same time. Hyperdome Movies:
9.00am. Check the Social Calendar for details.
Cards and Games:
1.00pm in the Queenslander.
Indoor Bowls:
2.30pm in the Clubhouse, all welcome.

WEDNESDAYS:
Gentle Exercises:
9.30am, join EVE in the Clubhouse and get fit the easy way, it will cost you $5, but it is worth every cent. Don't make the excuse that you are too old because that is the one I use, find one of your own.
Movies at Hyperdome:
6.00pm. Meet at the Queenslander.

THURSDAYS:
Shopping:
Check your Social Calendar for times and venues.
Indoor Bowls:
6.30pm at the Clubhouse. New players welcome.

FRIDAYS:
Table Tennis:
8.00am in the 'Down Under' Club. If you don't know where the 'Down Under' Club is, as the name suggests, it is underneath the main Clubhouse, just go down the hill and you will find the glass door half way along.

SATURDAYS:
Table Tennis:
8.00am in 'Down Under' Club. All Welcome.
Computer Club Meeting:
9.00am in the Queenslander. Hmm! If I wasn't so busy using my computer maybe I would go along to this one. Again it is a lame excuse to say you are too old to learn about computers. Get with it and show the kids how to do it.
Healthy Eating Group:
10.30am.The group meets in the Queenslander. Learn how to eat properly.
Bingo:
2.00pm. In the Clubhouse, cost $2, which includes tea/coffee and bickies. Check your Social Calendar for more info about special events etc.

SUNDAYS
Bowls:
3.00pm. Indoor Bowls and Lawn Bowls. Bring your own afternoon tea and have a great time in the friendly atmosphere.
