> Gabrielle's chocolate zucchini cake

2 1/2 cups of SR flour
1/2 tsp bicarb
3 tblsp of cocoa
2 cups of grated zucchini
1 cup of oil
1 1/2 cup of sugar
3 eggs

1. Sift flour, bicarb, cocoa.
2. Add all other ingredients.
3. Mix all together.
4. Use large cake tin
5. Bake medium oven for 30 min to 1 hour (until inserted skewer comes out clean)
