"3 Levels of Government" interactive

The small handwheel at the front turns a larger wheel carrying a graphic inside the cabinet. A portion of the graphic displaying an icon representing a function of government is visible through the window above the red button. Pressing the red button lights one of three neon tubes, each with an inscibed graphic indicating the level of government responsible for the function.
