The following is an outline of a typical Toastmasters club program.
Because each club is different only those items
which are generally common to most clubs are shown.

President introduces the chairman
Chairman takes control of the meeting and asks for apologies

Laughmaster
Table Topics and Evaluation
Business Session
Educational Item
General Evaluator

Toastmaster introduces the speakers for the evening
Each speaker is evaluated by another Toastmaster
Listening Evaluator test the listening skills of the members
Umm-Err Counter reports on the number of Umm-Err's for the evening
Grammarian reports on members grammatical errors
Timers report
General Evaluator
Chairman hands back control of the evening to the President
President closes the meeting.
