Biography
After many years as lead singer and guitarist with his band, Greg Austen has taken a step forward into the niche solo entertainment field. As one of the most sought after solo-music acts around, he takes great pride in knowing that his high-tech approach allows him to perform a great sounding show anywhere, anytime, whether it be in a club, pub, rodeo or private function. Greg is now known as
'Breaker' for his achievements in breaking new ground with the latest technology used in his shows. He has spent much time and effort to develop 'state-of-the-art' technology.
Since his success with winning two heats at the 1994 Tamworth Country Music Festival, Greg has performed with Lee Conway in concert, and appeared at the 1994 Emerald Country Music Spectacular together with Lee Ke
rnaghan, Gina Jefferies and Jade Hurley. He has also been asked to support the Dead Ringer Band, Troy Cassar-Daly and the Blue Heeler Band. Currently based in Central Queensland, Greg extensively tours throughout Queensland and New South Wales. Greg is well on the way to becoming a major music personality.
