Ken Griffith is a qualified engineer with over 30 years of professional experience within Australia and overseas.  He has held total project management responsibility for the design, construction and commissioning of projects up to the equivalent value of A$700 million.  He has led many teams in the preparation of feasibility studies for major projects including those for developing countries.

He has held the positions of Managing Director for Tower Research and Development Corporation and Managing Director of a subsidiary of Dillingham Corporation of Australia Limited.

He has special fields of competence that include all facets of the food industry from preparation of feasibility studies to design and selection of machinery, design of electrical, mechanical and civil components of such projects.  His areas of expertise include:

Keith Wallace PAINTER F.I.E.(Aust), F.A.I.M., C.P.Eng

Keith Painter is a qualified engineer with over 35 years of professional experience within Australia and overseas. He has had extensive commercial experience, holding directorships in a number of both private and public companies.  He has carried out a large number of feasibility studies in various industries not only in Australia but internationally in China, India, Pakistan, Abu Dhabi, Turkey, Yugoslavia, Bulgaria, Poland, Mexico, England, Cameroon, Kenya, Congo, Algeria, Tunisia, Egypt, Iraq, Argentina, Brazil, and Papua New Guinea covering industrial and agro products.

He has lectured widely in his field of competence and has written a number of publications including Sandwich Panels and other engineering topics.

Keith Painter contributes a wealth of experience and a unique ability to think beyond the scope of a  project to produce imaginative and cost effective solutions for engineering problems and commercial situations.

Vance Wallace PAINTER M.I.E.(Aust), C.P.Eng

Vance Painter has extensive experience in civil/environmental engineering.  In a series of roles involving civil engineering, hydraulic engineering, and environmental engineering, he has worked on projects in Angola, Bangladesh, China, Columbia, Indonesia, New Guinea, Romania, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Australia and the UK.

Vance is fluent in Spanish and has an inherent ability to produce results in difficult situations. He always displayed a calm disposition and worked professionally towards successful solutions  in the many very complex situations to which he has been exposed.  He has excellent people skills.
