RULES FOR ADVERTISING ON THIS SITE

  • TO PLACE AN AD:- Send the text of your add to YORKE via mail, e-mail (preferred), fax or phone. Your text can be up to a maximum of 50 words. Be sure to include your contact details in the advertisement. Ads cannot contain graphics (text only). E-mail can be sent to YORKE at kyorke@tpg.com.au
  • Accepted ads will be displayed for 3 months FREE OF CHARGE for all private persons. Once your ad has expired after 3 months you will be contacted if you wish to continue to display it at a charge of AUD$25 per year. There is no obligation to display your ad beyond the initial 3 months and no charges will be incurred if it is not renewed at that time.
  • Commercial ads from businesses etc selling products do not qualify for the 3 month free period. Charges are AUD$25 per year from first day of display.
  • All responsibility for sales resulting from the ad is with the advertiser.
  • YORKE does not accept any commissions or fees on your sales.
  • TO REPLY TO AN AD:- Simply contact the advertiser directly via the contact details in the ad. (Please let the advertiser know you saw his ad at this site)
  • YORKE retains the right to refuse advertisements.
  • An advertisement can be withdrawn from display prior to its expiry date by the advertiser on request. No refund will be issued if the ad has been displayed.
  • Private persons or commercial entities requiring advertising space beyond 50 words or including graphics or other special requirements should contact YORKE for special rates.
