Concert at David Parson’s home at Pennant Hills

On Tuesday, 22 April 2014, the outing will be a concert by David Parsons, the well-known Sydney organist. David holds daytime concerts in a dedicated venue in his home, able to hold up to 70 people. He has two organs and a grand piano and plays a wide range of well known music ranging from hymns, classical, theatre and film musicals and the occasional "pop" item.

The concert starts at 11.00 a.m. with David playing his selections for about an hour before an intermission during which a light lunch is served. This comprises freshly made sandwiches, tea, coffee, cakes and cookies. During lunch you can record your musical requests for David to play in the second part of the programme. The concert winds up at about 2.00 p.m. following an entertaining, relaxed, and friendly programme.

The venue is 4 Roma Court, West Pennant Hills, which is only a short drive for most people. Travel will be by own transport. There is plenty of street parking. The cost is a very reasonable $20 per person.
