Tour of Mounted Police and Museum

The February outing will be a guided tour of the popular Mounted Police and Museum facility in Redfern. Depending on the schedule on the day, we may also see horses being excercised. Entry is free, but instant bonding with residents can be had at the price of carrots or apples. Said to a must for horse lovers.

If possible we will then visit the nearby Evergreen Taoist Temple.

Afterwards we will lunch at own cost at a nearby Turkish restaurant.

We will catch the 9:32 train from Epping platform 2 to Central, proceeding by bus from Elizabeth Street near Kippax Street, to arrive at the facility by 10:30.

Cost: Free plus lunch.

Please note this outing is on a Tuesday, as the facility is not open on Mondays.
