Our walk on Thursday 25 October 2007 is from Circular Quay to McMahons Point. We will assemble at Epping Station for the 8.54 am train, changing at Central for Circular Quay. Morning tea will be near Argyle Street before accessing the Harbour Bridge itself. From your first steps onto this great Sydney icon you can enjoy a full panorama of the harbour, with its deeply inspiring and variable surrounds. We then pass through Kirribilli, the fully restored North Sydney Olympic Pool and join the boardwalk beside Luna Park to Lavender Bay and on to Blues Point Reserve for lunch. Our return will be by bus to North Sydney Station for the train home. (Rated easy to moderate, approximately 4.5 kilometres).
