We start our 2005 program of walks with a walk from Huntleys Point to Putney Park.

We will assemble at Epping Station for the 9:56am train to Meadowbank where we will transfer to the ferry to Huntleys Point, Gladesville.

From the ferry wharf we cross Gladesville Reserve to the grounds of the Gladesville Hospital complex where we will see a number of historic buildings. Morning tea will be taken on the oval, near the boathouse.

We then walk via the foreshore National Park at Bedlam Bay to Looking Glass Bay Park and historic Banjo Patterson cottage (now a restaurant). We then follow the Waluba Track through Glades Bay Park to Bill Mitchell Park, Morrisons Bay Park & Putney Park where we will have lunch.

Return to Epping will be by vehicular ferry to Mortlake, bus to Burwood and train to Epping.
