We will assemble at Epping Station for the 8.39 am intercity train to Gosford (1^st stop Hornsby). On arrival, we will travel by bus to Rotary Park (Saltwater Creek Park) at Long Jetty, Morning tea will be on arrival, before we set out on a leisurely walk almost entirely along a shared cycle pathway to Picnic Point. Many improvements to the streetscape have taken place over recent years at The Entrance, now promoted as the "Pelican Capital of Australia". Our lunch will be enjoyed in the Memorial Park and those preferring to buy their lunch may do so in the nearby shops. Time will permit further short walks in the area before returning home by bus and train
