This is a 4 day/3 night coach tour based at the 4-star
Quality Inn Ambassador Motel in
Day 1, Sunday 27 May.
Coach to Abercrombie House, a heritage treasure of
Day 2, Monday 28 May.
Local guided tour of Orange and Lake Canobolas
then on to the historic village of Carcoar, (settled in 1821) for lunch and to
see the beautifully restored heritage buildings, stone stables, the 1848 Edmund
Blacket St Paul’s church and the Carcoar Hospital
Museum from 1860.
Day 3, Tuesday 29 May.
A guided bushranger tour to the 1860’s visiting Eugowra Rocks, Canowindra, learn about Frederick Pottinger
and the bushrangers Frank Gardener, Johnny Gilbert, Ben Hall and others. In the afternoon we will see the ancient
fossils in the Age of Fishers Museum
