Chair and Morning Tea Roster
If unable to attend your allocated date please:
When on Morning Tea roster, the duties include arriving at 8.45 am and setting out the chairs and tables, bringing out the cups or mugs and preparing the morning tea trollies.
After the conclusion of the guest speaker’s presentation, serving tea or coffee, gathering used cups and cleaning up
At the end of the meeting stacking the tables and chairs.
