You will sample products at the world’s largest Ginger Factory & Nutworks Macadamias at Yandina, cruise from Tewantin to Noosa, and be thrilled at "the Crocodile Hunters" famous Australia Zoo. Explore the hinterland & coast as you enjoy the comfort of mountain life at the Montville Mountain.

Sunday 5 October 2008: Sydney to the Gold Coast Join the luxury coach at Epping for the journey north to the Coffs Coast today. Morning tea & lunch will be provided during your day & a delicious dinner & comfortable accommodation awaits you in Coffs Harbour. Enjoy a circuit of Coffs Harbour foreshore before checking in for the night.

Monday 6 October: Coffs Harbour to Montville. After a hearty breakfast your journey north continues with the first stop normally at Ulmarra alongside the Clarence River for morning tea followed by lunch provided at Thursday Tea Tree Plantation in Ballina. Time to look around and sample some of their many unique products on display. Maybe pick up a bargain or two to take with you. Continue through the Gold Coast hinterland and on through Brisbane with a comfort stop before climbing the Blackall Ranges to the stunning Mountain Village of Montville. You will be warmly welcomed at the Montville Mountain Inn by Lyle and Gail-Anne with time to settle in before dinner.

Tuesday 7 October: Montville and Maleny. A relaxed start to this morning before a tour of Montville and the surrounding area. This morning includes a visit to nearby Maleny and to the Maleny Cheese factory. Take in the spectacular views of the Glass House Mountains while you enjoy lunch in Maleny. On return to Montville there will be time to explore the wonderful range of stores or to just relax with a coffee and be amazed by the unbelievable views over the Sunshine Coast.

Wednesday 8 October: Yandina Ginger factory, Macadamias, Eumundi Markets, Noosa Heads and the Sunshine Coast. This morning first stop at Yandina. Time to visit the world’s largest Ginger Factory. And just across the road is Nutworks Macadamias. It’s a tasting sensation this morning. You can choose to have your own morning tea at one of the many options here. Onto the famous Eumundi Markets to maybe pick up a bargain of two before Tewantin at the headwater of the Noosa River to join the beautifully restored Ferry for a scenic and informative cruise down to Noosa Heads. This relaxing Stillwater journey takes you past Noosaville with its hire boats, old jetties and new restaurants and close to the magnificent homes of Noosa Sound to Noosa Heads with its renowned beach, shops and eateries. Your Coach driver will provide packed lunches for you to enjoy during your cruise. Your driver will meet you at the wharf in Noosa and show you where to meet after some free time. Explore famous Hastings Street and take a stroll along the beach as you soak up the atmosphere of this seaside paradise. From Noosa follow the coast road south though Coolum and Maroochydore to Mooloolaba before heading to the hinterland and Buderim with time to for a stroll before returning to Montville.

Thursday 9 October: Australia Zoo. Its only a short drive to one of the world’s best. Australia Zoo. An extraordinary and enduring legacy of the ‘Crocodile Hunter’, the late Steve Irwin. Committed to worldwide conservation through the Wildlife Warriors foundation, today you will experience wildlife action and adventure like no where else. Birds, snakes, tigers, tortoise, cheetahs, elephants and the amazing crocodile show plus so much more. A truly exciting and memorable day.

Friday 10 October: Montville to Armidale. It’s an interesting journey today as you head south along the western route to Armidale for your overnight stay at the charming Deer Park Motor Inn, It’s a real contrast to the coastal route as you pass through the country centres of Warwick, Stanthorpe, Tenterfield and Glen Innes. Morning tea and lunch will be provided at suitable locations before your arrival in Armidale. Armidale is a vibrant rural centre with a welcoming country atmosphere and is ideally located midway between Sydney and Brisbane on the New England Highway. It is home to the oldest regional university in New South Wales and is a gracious city steeped in history with fine architecture, cathedrals, churches and historic buildings.

Saturday 11 October: Journey Home. Another scenic journey awaits you today. From Armidale to Uralla then branch off and travel via the very scenic Thunderbolts way to Walcha, for a morning tea break and a brief time to look around this fascinating country town. Continue down the mountain alongside the Barrington Tops to Gloucester for lunch, provided at a convenient location before you continue your journey to Epping this afternoon.
