A trip down memory lane to ‘The Good Old Days’

An opportunity has arisen (at short notice) for us to have an additional outing in October – one week after the picnic/barbecue. In 2007, 42 of us enjoyed a Nostalgia Productions trip down memory lane presentation by Yvonne Kenny at the Sydney Town Hall. The Town Hall is closed for renovations but there will be a Nostalgia concert in October at the City Recital Hall, Angel Place.

This concert features John MacNally, The Voice of Ireland, singing a collection of Irish favourites, and John MacDonald, Scotland’s Premier Accordion Virtuoso, playing well known Scottish tunes. They will be supported by John Keating at the piano, Roy Waterson singing the old songs, and comedian and singer Al Showman

We will be attending the 11:00am matinee session and will follow up after the show with lunch at the Bowlers Club of NSW in York Street.

Assemble at Epping Station to catch the 9:27am train to Wynyard.

Cost is $25.00 for concert only, or $40.00 including lunch.

As we will need to book early to secure our tickets, please book (and pay) by 15th September.
