This month the outing is on 21^st August 06 and to visit the Fairfield City Farm in Abbotsbury. We will assemble at West Epping Bowling Club at 8.45 am., ……………… ………………, and depart by own vehicle or car pool to the Farm at 9.30 am.. Leaving Epping we will drive to Darling Street, Abbotsbury, where the City Farm is located.

Fairfield City Farm is where the country comes to town, a farm-based tourist attraction, close to the heart of Sydney. It is a place where everyone can enjoy a variety of exciting shows & exhibits and experience a range of native & farmyard animals. All areas are flat and paved with easy access to everything.

The morning shows, include Morning Animal Feeds, Morning Cow Milking Show & Tractor Train Ride, starts at 10.30 am.

We will adjourn for lunch at 12.00 noon in the Farm after the morning shows. Our lunch includes: coffee/tea*garden salad*bread & butter*sausages, onions & sauce.

The afternoon shows resume at 12.30 pm which includes Stockwhip Show, Sheep Shearing Show, Working Dog Show, Koala Talk Exhibit, Tractor Train Ride, Afternoon Animal Feed & Afternoon Cow Milking Shows. The last show starts at 3.30 pm. We will be informed of the Show locations and times at the Farm.

In between the Shows we can tour the Farm and enjoy other Cityfarm attractions.

Cost for the day is $20.00 per person plus fares and drinks if required.
