For our October outing we will cruise with the famous Hawksbury Riverboat Postman. For many dwellings on the Hawksbury, the river provides the only access, so we can expect to witness mail and supplies being delivered. Morning tea and a smorgasbord lunch will be provided on board.

We will meet at Epping station to catch the 08:40 train from platform 3 to Hawksbury River station, using if possible the second carriage from the front. This train passes through Hornsby at 8.52 am on platform 5

The 8.30 am train from Cheltenham arrives at Epping at 8.34 am on platform 5. Take the lift or escalator to platform 3

Alternatively the 8.35 am train from Cheltenham arrives at Hornsby at 8.49 am on Platform 4

The cost will be $45, including morning tea and lunch.
