Guided walking tour of sites of historical paintings

The November outing will be conducted by Brian Powyer, who at the previous general meeting will have given us a talk on convict painters of the early settlement of Sydney. He plans to guide us to 11 sites from which their paintings were made, giving us what should be a fascinating historical insite into the evolution of Sydney.

We will catch the 9:02 (new timetable) train from Epping platform 2, changing at Central for Circular Quay, where we plan on a 10:00 am start.. At a suitable stage we will stop for lunch at a modestly price eatery, and expect to finish at around 2:30 pm.

Cost: Free; lunch at own expense.
