Since it was built in 1976, nestled in a peaceful family subdivision,
this famous 24 track studio recorded some of Australia's greatest names
in Country Music.
After 42 years recording Australian country music,
Hadley Records ceased recording on 30th June, 2002.
After laying empty for several years, the studios are now
leased to Enrec Studios.
The historic building is once again creating music - the purpose for which it
was built.
The Hadley Record label was
founded in 1961, in Launceston, Tasmania.
