3. Building appraisal

Whether you are looking for a suitable building to rent or to buy we can help you locate a building that fits your purposes. We make sure that the possible building has good potential for utilising radiant energies and that all functions, from sleep to work to communications, can be supported. We need to know the orientation and age of the house or building to do this

The energies affecting a building change slightly every year. Annual updates implemented in early February are recommended to keep you abreast of these changes. How does a Soulspace Feng Shui consultation work?

For Existing Homes or Commercial Spaces

It generally entails:

A client survey, establishing existing issues and what you want to achieve.
A site visit noting interior and environmental influences, and to construct an energy map for the building.
A plan, report and information booklet, indicating how to improve building: This includes recommendations re furniture placement, colour schemes, decor, and landscaping features.
Recommendations by consultant how to avoid electromagnetic exposure.
Follow up communications and fine tuning of recommendations to client satisfaction.

Improvement of existing buildings

A consultation for a 3-4 bedroom house, or small business, usually takes 3-4 hours. Larger spaces may take longer, depending on the number of rooms. If there is no floor-plan, or the construction date is unclear, extra time will be required.

A consultation includes an info-booklet and typed report, and follow up communication over the next 3 months.

What is needed to conduct a "time-efficient" consultation:

A scaled floor plan on a A4 size paper (2 copies)

For New Building Design, Renovations and Refurbishments

This is planning and advice for you and/or your designer. Design recommendations include an Overall Space Utilization Map (OSUM) which details optimum orientations and layout, detailed planning of spaces, door and room positioning, decorating and landscape recommendations. These are written up in a report.

Follow-up for the purpose of clarification of recommendations is included; further design and changes are charged at the hourly rate.
