Each consultation is completely different, and requires an individual analysis. Unfortunately, no quick assessment is possible. To analyze a building or a plan, compass measurements have to be taken; and, using Feng Shui formulas, an energy chart for the house has to be constructed before any recommendations are possible. Improvement of existing buildings

A consultation for a 3-4 bedroom house, or small business, usually takes 3-4 hours. Larger spaces may take longer, depending on the number of rooms. If there is no floor-plan, or the construction date is unclear, extra time will be required.

A consultation includes an info-booklet and typed report, and follow up communication over the next 3 months.

New Building Design Recommendations

This is planning and advice for you and/or your designer. Design recommendations include an Overall Space Utilization Map (OSUM) which details optimum orientations and layout, detailed planning of spaces, door and room positioning, decorating and landscape recommendations. These are written up in a report.

Follow-up for the purpose of clarification of recommendations is included; further design and changes are charged at the hourly rate.
