We'll be consulting with you and usually your designer or builder to reach the best possible design solution in your given situation. It generally includes:

• A client survey, establishing what you want to achieve within the given constraints.

• A site visit by the consultant to determine best position of the building, and to note environmental influences. (This includes the construction of an energy map which will reveal the nature and optimum usage for each area of the building.)

• A  written plan and report, indicating the best position for doors, room placements and pathways. It also includes colour schemes and furniture placement and best placement of landscaping features such as pools & ponds, sheds, open spaces.

• A possible site visit by the consultant to string out exact building orientation.

• Follow up communication and fine-tuning to client satisfaction.

For Existing Homes or Commercial Spaces

 It generally entails:

• A client survey, establishing existing issues and what you want to achieve.

• A site visit noting interior and environmental influences, and to construct an energy map for the building.

• A plan, report and information booklet, indicating how to improve building: This includes recommendations re furniture placement, colour schemes, decor, and landscaping features.

• Recommendations by consultant how to avoid electromagnetic exposure.

• Follow up communications and fine tuning of recommendations to client satisfaction.
