• Question 1: How much do you charge?
  We charge per hour...our rates are set but they may vary slightly depending on the size of the job and travel time. Normally we charge at $110 per hour.

   

• Question 2: Can you upgrade my Filemaker Database to version 10?
  Yes, we have experience in this area.  It is usually an easy thing to do but it can get tricky if the existing database is complex or if it is a version 6 or earlier.

   

• Question 3: Can you train us how to use Filemaker?
  Yes and No.  It takes years to really get familiar with Filemaker.  A Professional Developer never stops learning.  Developing databases is and Art and a Science and a profession in itself.  Many of my clients have attempted to create their own database but quickly realized they were embarking on a whole new profession and that was when they called us to come and help.  We have had years of experience developing databases and we can quickly create the exact database you need.  That way you don't have to spend years developing skills you won't really need.  Some clients on the other hand need some basic "skills training" so the staff can use the Filemaker database they already have and, or know how to make simple changes in the database.  We can tailor make whatever training you need.

   

• Question 4: Do you work on earlier versions?
  Yes, we can work on any version you have, however we sometimes recommend upgrading the latest version to take advantage of the many new features that have become available.
