Marketer" By Richard McCullough Many
years ago, I set a goal for myself. That goal was to "create the
ultimate...". I never allowed myself to say what the ultimate would
be, just "the ultimate". Then,
in 1994, I discovered the Internet. That was it for me. My first thought
was "A person could build something once, and sell it a billion
times". I knew the Internet would play a big part in my future. Soon
after that, I was invited to a friend's house. He and his wife offered
me a small triangular shaped sandwich and some fruit punch. We sat down
at the table, and no sooner had I taken the last bite of my triangular
sandwich, he swept everything from the table, set up a whiteboard, and
commenced to drawing circles. That was the day I was introduced to
Network Marketing. My life hasn't been the same since. From
that day forward, my passion has been (and is) in developing things that
marketers can market. (My wife tells me I'm an "International
Business Provider", and I never disagree with my wife :-) (FAST
FORWARD) In 1998 I found myself in a very unique position. Loving the
Network Marketing "multi-level concept" (but not really liking
the products offered through network marketing companies I had been
introduced to) I set out to create my own concept for a networking
company. It had taken 4-1/2 years to develop this product. However,
within a couple of short (fast) years from its launch, that concept
spread around the globe, breaking most network marketing records and
expanding into more countries in a shorter period of time than any other
network marketing company in history. The company boasted over $180
million in sales (in over 200 countries), all from one simple idea that
I had - which was to sell a "virtual" product - through the
Internet - to the masses. Well, that was a learning experience, and as I
see it, "a dress rehearsal for En101". Enough
about my history. What I really want to talk about is my experience with
the "Master Marketer" during those 2 years. During the 2 year
run of that company, I had the privilege of meeting a lot of people from
all around the globe. It was an humbling experience to meet so many
great people and get to experience so many different cultures. At the
same time, I had the opportunity to "observe" a lot of
successful marketers. Out
of all of the marketers that I met and became friends with, one person -
or I should say one person's mannerisms - stands out from the rest. He
had truly discovered the key to success in network marketing. So, if I
could only do one thing to assist you in your En101 marketing endeavor,
it would be to share with you the method(s) of this Master Marketer, so
you too can become a Master Marketer - if that's what you choose to do.
His method(s) is/are so simple that - at first - you may not even grasp
it: (By the way, I watched this Master Marketer use what I'm about to
share with you to earn $8 million dollars in that previous venture.)
Here it is - in all its simplicity: No matter what was going on with the
company - no matter how bad things may have seemed, or if things didn't
"roll out" in a timely fashion - he would ALWAYS use the
following words in every sentence he spoke - without fault: “Isn't
this business wonderful? It's so amazing, so brilliant! The timing is
phenomenal! The marketability is incredible!”
Anytime someone threw out a negative...."Well,
what about this or what about that" His response: "Oh well that is just a small issue... they are working on that.
They will get it worked out. Don't let that sway you from the big
picture" Then, he would go right back to:
“This business is so fantastic!
The product is superb! The concept is so terrific! The price point is
perfect!” Seem
too simple? Maybe it is. Does it work? You'd better believe it. So,
my question to you is... Would
it be worth changing your mental habits, enhancing your vocabulary (just
a little) and putting your faith 100% in the company (En101) - to become
a Master Marketer? Every
day when I get out of bed, I vow to make this business the best
marketing company in history. I will continue to repeat this vow every
day until we achieve perfection. Best
