Video2NBTV is a programme that takes a video file (avi, mpg, mov, wmv, in fact just about anything
  that can be played by Windows Media Player) and outputs in NBTV *COLOUR* format (Robers/Brown colour
  format 32 line missing sync pulse vertical scan line format only). Note this format is Black & White
  Compatible, that is, the output will play back on B&W viewers/monitors. The audio track associated with
  the video file is extracted and placed in the right hand audio channel.
  
  The output can be directed to a soundcard or to a wave file (in 44.1kHz Stereo, i.e. CD format).
  The AVI file is automatically scaled and cropped if necessary to give the correct aspect ratio.
  
  Limitations:  Video formats are only supported if Windows Media Player can play them.

  Requirements: DirectX version 9 runtime (download from Microsoft).

  Installation: Simply download and run the installation package (Video2NBTVInstall.exe) 
                and follow the installation instructions.


  Note: This application replaces the older AVI2Wav application.
