| In my spare time I love to quilt. People always told me that quilting was an obsession, well, now I know..it certainly is!! But even though I dont get much free time to dally with quilting and crafts, I have a rapidly growing stash for that ONE DAY when I retire!! | I was telling someone the other day about the fabric painting I have been playing with as I have so much spare time at the moment, due to cartlidge replacement in my ankle..I have made this for my friend who is having a baby...they are handpainted then embroidered...I think they are cute, but I have a lot to learn re shading etc.... |

| On this day we presented the local General Hospital with this quilt for the childrens ward... | In July we visited with Donna, and spent the weekend making Love quilts for the premmie babies at the hospital...what a fun weekend....we made 13 quilts in all... |
