Thank you for visiting my newly re-ferbished web-site

I have made quite a number of changes since it's inseption.
My inspiration was to create a site which has information and interesting links for both sighted and visually impaired persons.
I have designed the page with two major sections:
The general links, towards the top of the main page
and the links for visually impaired people, towards the bottom of the main page.

I hope you enjoy the site. I will be updating it regularly so please book-mark it and return back soon.

Description of layout of site

For those with a vision impairment, this site is displayed in three frames:
The header frame - which displays the main title of the site which is created using a java applet.
The Left frame or navigation frame - which displays the list of links to allow for easy navigation to the pages within the site.
and the main frame - which displays the current loaded page, e.g. the main home page of the site.
When using a screen-reader, the navigation links in the left frame will usually be read first before the content of the main frame. The frames are nnamed so the screen-reader should tell you the name of the frame you are currently in.
