In 2000, the Taree Panthers fielded sides from Under 6 to Under 14 in the Group 3 Junior Rugby League.

Of the 5 competitive age groups:

all 5 progressed to the semi-finals

2-2nd, 1-4th and 2-5th

3 (11's, 12's and 13's) went through to the Grand Final

1 team (Under 13's) won the Grand Final
