Bogged Badly in Bull Dust - Part 2

Yawn... Stretch... Ok, come on, sleepy-heads... I know it's still dark but let's get those climbing boots on and hit the road!  Uluru is calling...
Can you hear it?   Cooee! Cooee!   'Cooee' is an Australian call used when searching for  people who are lost in the bush, I think... at least that was what I was told as a child. Anyway it's fun to call it out, especially when there is an echo to call it back to you!  To get the right effect the Coo part is long and drawn out, and the ee is  very short and higher pitched... Hmm - I need some practice on that one..

Righto - here we are at the Rangers Information Centre - and it's a good thing, too, because in the rush to get going I forgot to go to the loo...
hang on, I won't be long.

ozEkoala thinking:  "I'm glad the toilets were left open... I'd hate to have to find a bush to hide behind with all my mates hanging around... Aaah, that's better... now where are they?  Hmmm??  I thought I left them just here...  What's going on?  I can't believe it!!  I've been left behind!  Those rogues...   they must have thought we were going to miss the sunrise and taken off without me!   Nice lot they are...  I'll just have to sit and watch it from here I suppose. Not as good as looking at it from the east but still looks good...  Hey, I hope they don't forget to come back and get me before the climb! "
