The consulting engineering practice was originally formed in 1958. From its inception the practise has specialised in the design of residential, commercial and industrial facilities and their associated structures and installations. The primary objective of the company was to make Australian technology available on the international market for industrial plants in the areas of design, management, construction and factory management.

Australia has for many years enjoyed the trading benefits of a developed industrial base with its associated processing technologies. Australia also has a highly developed and sophisticated equipment manufacturing industry and has been a highly successful innovator and developer of new technology and equipment in many industrial areas.

For over thirty (30) years Austec Project Management and Development Pty. Ltd. and its associated companies have been involved with the development and redevelopment of industrial projects throughout Australia and internationally.

Architectural Services
Should you require architectural design and/or documentation, our trained staff are proficient in providing professional service and advice, and will tailor a design suitable to your requirements. Design work suitable for all built forms of commercial, retail, industrial and residential projects.

Landscape Design
Landscape design for Council approval can be compiled as required. Specialising in native low maintenance gardens or urban style design.

Structural Engineering Services
Structural engineering services may be commissioned for structural design of slabs, footings, retaining walls, steelwork beams/columns etc. All aspects of structural engineering design are able to be carried out by approved, accredited members of The Institution of Engineers, Australia.

Civil Engineering Services
Should there be a requirement for storm water, storm water detention, sewage, water supply or roadwork design, Civil Engineers shall consult and formulate documents/plans to your requirements.

Mechanical Engineering Services
Services we can offer include the design and manufacture of specialised machinery for almost any application, as well as air conditioning, mechanical ventilation etc.

Feasibility Studies
Reports may be compiled to ascertain the feasibility of property purchase and existing property upgrade. These reports may include all or a selection of various aspects, for example:

a. Nature of site and possibility of future development/extension.

b. Local Authority verification of requirements that may affect on-site development.

c. Geotechnical advice of soil conditions on site that may affect building costs, etc.

d. Check of existing building structures (e.g. roof, wall, floors, footings etc).
