Clubs

There are many clubs around but the two that both Cherrian and myself are a part of are the Light car club of Canberra and the Historic Rally Association.

I joined the LCCC in I think it was 2000 or it may have been 1999 as it was the club dad was a member of and they seemed to have a bit of fun. The LCCC is a very social club with a high percentage of active members. Although it usually has only about 70-80 members a year, it is a very prominent club throughout ACT and NSW Rallying and even some International and National events using the member base. Currently Im the VP with Cherrian the Editor. Might have to rename it soon to the Light Car Club of Tams, hahaha. LCCC holds it club meetings on the 2nd Monday of every month except January at the Woden Tradesmens Club in Canberra at 7:30pm.

Our second club is the Historic Rally Association based in Victoria. I first joined HRA in 2004 when I first competed in the famous Alpine Rally. Since then I have retained my membership and Chez has been a member for 2 years now. At the end of the year we will be heading back down to Victoria to compete in my third run of the Alpine Rally, but this time, I'll be driving the WRCorona.
