Bryan’s innovative work with multiple owners corporations and community schemes is recognised by his peers and he has been instrumental in introducing sophisticated accounting for the recurrent and non recurrent financial management of strata schemes. He specialises in the management of unique developments and those strata titled buildings which provide for specialist occupation, multiple use and those which have a need to create community awareness amongst residents.
Bryan has attended industry conferences conducted by the Community Associations Institute of USA and visited prime residential developments in Denver, Colorado, San Francisco and Hawaii during study tours of the United States.
Commitment
Bryan has a long-term and enduring commitment to the industry and has served as the President, Community & Strata Corporations Institute of South Australia, the Vice-President of the Institute of Owners corporation Managers in Victoria and was for ten years the Secretary of the National Community Titles Institute, the peak body representing owners corporation managers throughout Australia.
