Community Living has been acknowledged by the Urban Development Industry of Australia (UDIA) for its work in assisting the developers of two prominent developments. “Springthorpe”, a housing development of 900 lots in Macleod has twice received the Urban Development Industry of Australia award for the best master planned community in Australia and “Yarravillage” is a 48 lot townhouse development at Yarraville which has been awarded Victoria’s best residential urban renewal project in 2008.

2. We actively assist developers and purchasers in the handover process. The majority of our appointments commence as staged projects, often taking years to complete. It is essential to the ongoing administration of these projects that we establish a working relationship between the parties.

3. We also involve ourselves in assisting the members of the owners corporation to establish a sense of community by arranging activities and maintaining close communication with all lot owners

Community Living utilises the latest technological resources to provide its clients with easy Internet access to information about their owners corporation, including access to minutes of meetings, current reports and newsletters, owners corporation contracts, the list of owners corporation members, personal owners corporation accounts information and financial statements.

Clients can access this information from anywhere, around the clock, while sensitive information will be protected by use of strictly controlled login identities & passwords and they can post comments on an interactive message board. We can conduct surveys to ascertain the community’s responses to issues, send regular or emergency announcements to lot owners, residents can book community facilities online and we produce regular newsletters. We have the ability to conduct owners corporation meetings online which allows all members to participate in decision making even when they cannot attend a meeting.
