Tuna & Corn Jaffles

Ingredients/ Bahan:
1 trial pack Puff Pastry (2 sheets)
1 Egg (Telur)
100gr Tuna meat (tuna kaleng)
100gr Kernel Corn (Jagung kernel)
50gr Grated/shredded Tasty Cheese (Keju parut)
   Salt (Garam)
   Pepper (Merica)

 

 

Directions/Cara membuat:
English:
1. Mix the tuna, corn and seasoning together. Set aside.
2. Pre heat the sandwich iron or jaffle maker.
3. Cut half each of the pastry sheet. Lay one half of the sheets on to the jaffle maker. Spread half of the filling and top with another half of the sheets.
4. Brush the surface with beaten egg and close the jaffle maker and cook for about 10-15 minutes or until golden and puffed.
 

Indonesian:
1. Campur tuna, jagung kernel dan garam, merica hingga rata. Sisihkan.
2. Potong lembaran pastry jadi 2. Letakan 1 potongan ke jaffle maker yang sudah dipanaskan terlebih dahulu.
3. Masukkan setengah adonan tuna, ratakan. Lalu tutup dengan setengah potongan pastry satunya.
4. Olesi dengan kocokan telur. Panggang mengembang dan kecoklatan.
