| Ingredients/ Bahan: 3 cups Short-grain white rice 3 cups Water Sushi vinegar: 1/2 cup Rice vinegar 1/4 cup Sugar 1/2 tsp Salt |

| Directions/Cara membuat: English: 1. Wash rice with cold water until water is almost clear, Drain rice in strainer or colander at least 30 minutes. 2. Prepare sushi vinegar. Stir combined vinegar, sugar and salt in small bowl until sugar dissolves. To make this mixture slightly less stringent, heat it gently just before using. 3. Cook the rice and water in rice cooker. When cooker automatically switches to "keep warm" position, allow rice to stand, covered 10 minutes. 4. Spread rice in a large, non-metallic flat-bottomed bowl. Using a rice paddle, repeatedly slice through the rice at a shapr angle to break up lumps and separate grains, gradually pouring in the sushi vinegar at the same time. Not all of the vinegar may be required; the rice should not be too wet. |

Indonesian: 1. Cuci beras hingga air cuciannya bening, lalu tiriskan. Masak dengan rice cooker. Bila sudah "keep warm", biarkan tertutup selama 10 menit. 2. Campur semua bahan Sushi vinegar. 3. Nasi diletakkan di wadah plastik atau kayu (jangan menggunakan bahan metal), lalu dibelah2 dengan sendok nasi sambil di tuangkan sushi vinegar. (Tidak semua sushi vinegar harus dituangkan, perhatikan nasi jangan sampai terlalu basah). |
