SPAGHETTI WITH MEATBALLS |

| Ingredients/
Bahan: 2 tbsp Olive Oil (minyak zaitun) 1 Brown Onion, chopped (Bawang Bombay, iris halus) 2 large Garlic cloves, chopped (Bawang putih, iris) 10 Button Mushroom, sliced thinly (Jamur kancing iris tipis) Salt (Garam) Black Pepper (Merica hitam) 500 gr Mince Chicken (Ayam cacah) 2/3 cup (50 gr) Fresh Breadcrumbs (tepung panir) 1/3 cup (55 gr) Sultana (kismis) Zest of 1 lemon 1 cup Hot chicken stock (kaldu ayam) 1 pinch of Dried Chilli flakes (cabe kering kasar) 250 gr Spaghetti 1 small bunch of Parsley, chopped for garnish 1 tbsp Olive Oil (minyak zaitun)

Directions/Cara membuat: English: 1. Boil the spaghetti in 1lt water and salt until soft or cook according the package (usually around 8-10 minutes). Drain under running cold water. 2. Combine mince chicken in a bowl with breadcrumbs, sultanas, garlic, zest, chilli, half of the parsley and 1 tsp salt and some pepper. 3. Form into about 2cm balls in diameter. Chill for 15 minutes to help the meatballs firm up. 4. Heat oil in a large frypan over medium-high heat. Add the meatballs and cook for about 5 minutes while turning frequently until golden. 5. Add stock and increase heat. Simmer for 5 minutes or until stock is reduced by half and the meatballs are cooked through. 6. Add the pasta with the remaining parsley. Season again with some salt and pepper, toss well then serve. |

Indonesian: 1. Rebus spaghetti dengan air dan garam hingga lunak. Tiriskan dan beri air dingin lalu tiriskan lagi. 2. Campur ayam cacah dengan tepung panir, kismis, bawang putih, kulit lemon serut, cabe kering, dan setengah potongan parsley ke dalam mangkok. Tambahkan 1 tsp garam dan merica, uleni rata. Bulat2 seperti kelereng sebesar diameter 2 cm. Dinginkan selama 15 menit hingga agak padat. 3. Panaskan minyak dalam wajan dengan api sedang, lalu masukkan bola2 tadi grengseng selama 5 menit sambil di balik2 dan hingga kecoklatan. 4. Tambahkan kaldu ayam lalu besarkan api, biarkan masak selama 5 menit atau sampai kuah berkurang setengah. 5. Masukkan spaghetti sisa parsley, aduk rata. Tambahan garam dan merica sesuai selera. Aduk rata dan angkat. Sajikan. |
