SAMBAL KEMIRI / CANDLENUT CHILLI SAUCE

Ingredients/ Bahan:
100gr Bird Chillies (cabe rawit)
       
Sugar (Gula)
          Salt (Garam)
2   Candlenut (Kemiri)
50 ml  Oil (minyak)
 

Directions/Cara membuat:

English:
1. Stir-fry the chillies and candlenut with little bit oil until fragrant.
2. Blend all together with food processor.

Indonesian:

1. Grengseng cabe rawit dan kemiri dengan minyak hingga wangi lalu angkat.
2. Campur semua bahan, ulek halus atau menggunakan food processor.
