Orange Snowy Pudding
(Puding Salju Jeruk)

Ingredients/ Bahan:
1 pack Agar2 (White)
2 Egg White (putih Telur)
30 gr Cornstarch (Tepung maizena)
1/4 cup Water (Air)
2 cup Fresh Milk (susu segar)
1 can Mandarin segment
100 gr Sugar (Gula)

 

Directions/Cara membuat:
English:
1. Mix agar powder + water. Put sugar. cornstarch and milk in a saucepan. Put in the agar mixture. Boil together while you stir the mixture.
2. When it is boiling, turn off the stove. Keep stirring until the steam gone. When the steam almost gone, beat the egg white until stiff and form a soft peak.
3. Put in the beaten egg white into the agar mixture. Fold thru the egg white into the mixture.
4. Pour the puding mixture into a mould.
5. Leave it cool  and decorate with mandarin segment. Serve it with slagroom (custard).


Indonesian:

1. Masukkan gula, maizena dan susu ke dalam panci. Lalu masukkan agar yang sudah dilarutkan dengan air. Didihkan semua sambil terus diaduk aduk.
2. Setelah mendidih, matikan api. Aduk trus hingga uap hilang.
3. Setelah uap hampir hilang, kocok putih telur hingga kaku dan lembut. Lalu masukkan ke dalam agar tadi. Aduk rata dengan gerakan memotong/melipat adonan.
4. Tuang agar kedalam cetakan, biarkan dingin lalu hiasi dengan buah jeruk.
5. Sajikan dengan vla/custard.
