| Wrappers/Kulit: 250gr Plain flour (tepung trigu) 60gr Butter (mentega) 60ml Ice Water (Air es) 1/2tsp Salt (Garam) 1 tbsp Oil (Minyak) 1 Egg (Telur) Filling/Isi: Oil ( Minyak untuk menggoreng) 2 Carrots (Wortel) 1 Breast Fillet (Dada ayam) Garlic (Bawang putih) Bean thread vermicelli (su-un) 2 Hard-boiled eggs (Telur rebus) Salt (Garam) Pepper (Merica) |

Directions/Cara membuat: English: 1. Make the filling first. Heat oil and fry the garlic until fragrant, then add chicken (chopped finely), carrots (chopped finely), vermicelli, salt, pepper, until thicken and add the hard boiled egg yolks. Mix well and leave aside to cool. 2. To make pastry, mix flour with margarine, egg, and salt. Knead well and add water little by little. Let it rest for 1/2 hour. Then put a tablespoon of Oil and knead again until smooth. 3. Roll the dough into paper thin. Cut the dough into circles 8 cm in diameter. 4. Take a tbsp of filling and place in center. 5. Fold pastry over to make half circle and crimp at edges. 6. Deep fry in hot oil until golden. |

Indonesian: 1.Wortel di potong kotak2 kecil2, ayam juga dipotong kotak2 kecil. 2.Grengseng bawang putih yang sudah di potong halus, dengan sedikit minyak, masukkan ayam aduk sampai matang. Masukkan wortel aduk sampai matang. 3.Tambahkan 1 sdt garam, 1/2 sdt merica dan suun. 4. Campur tepung dengan mentega, telur dan garam. Aduk dan uleni sambil masukkan air sedikit demi sedikit sampai kalis. Masukkan 1 sendok makan minyak, uleni lagi sampai kalis dan licin. Lalu diamkan 30 menit. Tipiskan adonan lalu potong2 bentuk lingkaran berdiameter sekitar 8 cm. Isi dengan 1 sendok adonan isi, lalu lipat dua, bentuk pinggirnya agar berlipat2. 7. Goreng dengan minyak panas sampai kecoklatan. |
