Macaroni Schotel

Ingredients/ Bahan:
300gr Macaroni
250gr Ham slices
4 Eggs, beaten (Telur, dikocok)
300ml Fresh Milk (susu segar)
100gr Corned Beef
12 slices Cheddar cheese (Keju cheddar lembaran)
     Grated Tasty Cheese (Keju parut)
Salt (Garam)
Pepper (Merica)
Nutmeg (Pala)

 



Directions/Cara membuat:
English:
1. Cook the macaroni (boil with boiling water,salt,oil) until almost cooked (about 8-10 minutes), drain and divide into 2 batches. One batch spread on the base of baking pan.
2. Arrange the ham on top of the macaroni layer. Then arrange the cheese slices.
3. Mix the beaten eggs with corned beef, milk, salt, pepper, nutmeg.
4. Arrange the second batches of the macaroni on top, then grated some taste cheese until all covered.
5. Pour the egg and milk mixture.
6. Bake in 200 degrees oven until golden brown (about 30 minutes).
    You could serve with Tabasco if you like.

Indonesian:

1. Rebus macaroni hingga hampir matang. Bagi 2. Satu bagian tata di dasar pinggan.
2. Tata ham diatas lapisan macaroni, lalu tata keju lembaran diatas ham. Tutup dengan bagian kedua macaroni.
3. Parut keju lalu taburkan hingga rata ke atas macaroni.
4. Campur telur kocok, dengan corned beef, garam, merica, pala dan susu.
5. Siram ke pinggan.
6. Panggang dalam oven sepanas 200 derajat hingga kekuningan atau sekitar 30 menit.
7. Sajikan dengan Tabasco bila suka.
