Koloke
(SWEET SOUR CHICKEN)

Ingredients/ Bahan:
1       Chicken thigh fillet(Paha ayam tanpa tulang)
1 tsp Salt (garam)
1 tsp Pepper (merica)
3 tbsp Tapioca flour (tepung kanji)
1 tbsp Corn flour (tepung maizena)
3 cloves Garlic (bawang putih)
1      Cucumber (timun)
1      Carrot (Wortel)
1  can Diced Pineapple (Nanas)-optional
        Water (air)
2 tbsp Tomato sauce
2 tbsp Fish sauce
Directions/Cara membuat:
English:
1. Make batter from tapioca flour, add 2 tsp salt and pepper, cover the chicken which already diced into the batter. Deep fried until crispy and set aside.
2. Chopped garlic finely, and saute it with oil until fragrant.
3. Put in the diced carrot, cucumber and pineapple, saute until soft.
4. Pour in the water which already mixed with corn flour, salt, pepper, tomato sauce and fish sauce. Stir until thicken. 
5. Serve the fried chicken and pour the sauce onto the chicken.
Indonesian:
1. Buat adonan dari tepung kanji, 2 sdt garam, merica dan air. Masukkan potongan ayam ke dalam adonan. Goreng sampai crispy. Sisihkan.
2. Grengseng bawang putih dengan minyak hingga wangi, masukkan potongan timun, wortel, nanas, aduk rata hingga matang
3. Masukkan campuran air, tepung maizena, garam, merica, saus tomat, kecap ikan. Aduk hingga mengental.
4. Siram ke atas gorengan ayam.
