Ikan Bakar Simanalagi

(Grilled Fish Simanalagi)

Ingredients/ Bahan:
1 pc Red Snapper  (Ikan kakap)

Spices/Bumbu:
3 tbsp Kokita Bumbu Inti B
2 tbsp Lime juice (air jeruk nipis)
2 tbsp Palm Sugar (gula merah)
1 tbsp Salt (Garam)
1 tbsp Tamarind (asam)
          Olive Oil for deep fry the fish (minyak untuk menggoreng ikan)
2 tbsp Sweet Dark Soy Sauce (Kecap Manis)

Directions/Cara membuat:
English:
1. Blend Kokita, palm sugar, tamarind and Dark Sweet Soy Sauce/Kecap Manis. Set aside.
2. Clean and score the fish body (about 2-3 scores)
3. Marinate the fish with lime and salt for about 30 minutes. Deep fry and set aside.
4. Brush all side of the fish with the blended ingredients and grill until browned.
 
Indonesian:
1. Haluskan gula merah, bumbu kokita B, asam dan  kecap manis, sisihkan.
2. Cuci dan iris-iris badan ikan (2-3 iris saja).
3. Olesi semua sisi ikan dengan jeruk nipis dan garam biarkan 30 menit. Goreng hingga matang.
4. Lumuri badan ikan yang sudah digoreng dengan bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan lalu bakar hingga kecoklatan.
