Tips

Originally there was no potatoes. But the addition we think made the dish more enjoyable and of course add up extra flavour.

Best served:
When warm.

Suitable:
For LUNCH BOX and could be serve with warm steamed rice.

 

GARLIC PRAWN

Method category: Fried / Stir Fried (Goreng)
 

Ingredients/ Bahan:
1/2 kg Prawn meat (Udang besar kupasan)
1/4 cup Olive Oil (minyak zaitun) 
   Some Parsley chopped (Parsley iris halus)
2  Potatoes, cut into cubes (Kentang potong dadu)
4 cloves Garlic, chopped finely (bawang putih iris halus)
a pinch Salt (Garam)
a pinch Black pepper (merica hitam)
2 tbsp Butter/Margarine (mentega)

 

 

 
Directions/Cara membuat:

1. Fry the potatoes cubes then set aside.
2. Heat olive oil and butter/margarine in a frypan. Sauteé until fragrant. Put in the prawn meat, stir until it change colour and put in the fried potatoes. Stir until mixed well.
3. Add the seasonings (salt and black pepper). Stir well, set aside.
4.
Serve hot with french stick bread.

Indonesian:

1. Goreng potongan kentang. Sisihkan.
2. Panaskan minyak zaitun lalu masukkan bawang putih, grengseng hingga wangi.
3. Masukkan udang grengseng hingga berubah warna, lalu masukkan kentang, aduk rata. Taburkan garam, merica hitam, aduk kembali hingga rata. Angkat.
4. Taburkan parsley, hidangkan hangat2 dengan roti Perancis.
