Bubur Biji Salak

Ingredients/ Bahan:
2         Sweet Potatoes (Ubi Jalar)
200 gr Palm Sugar (Gula merah)
400 ml Water (Air)
1 pcs Pandan Leaf (Daun pandan)
200 ml Coconut milk (Santan)
2 tsp Salt (Garam)
200 gr Tapioca flour (Tepung kanji)
Directions/Cara membuat:
English:
1. Steam sweet potatoes until soft, add 1 tsp or salt and mash it, and leave it cool.
2. When the mashed sweet potatoes already cool, add the tapioca flour, mix well then roll it into oval ball about 1 cm diameter and 1.5 cm long. Boil in hot water until all floated. Set aside.
3. Boil palm sugar and 400 ml water until dissolved and strain it so it become a smooth liquid and boil it again.. Put in the "biji salak" into it while boiling and put out the fire.
4.  Cook the coconut milk with 1 tsp salt and pandan leaf until boiling.
5. Serve the biji salak with pal sugar sauce on a bowl and add a tbsp of coconut milk.

Indonesian:

1. Kukus ubi jalar hingga empuk, lalu campur 1 sdt garam, haluskan, biarkan dingin.
2. Setelah dingin, tambahkan tepung kanji, campur rata, bulat2 ubi hingga berbentuk seperti biji salak, rebus hingga mengapung. Sisihkan.
3. Buat kuah gula merah, dengan mencampurkan gula merah dan 400 ml air, didihkan, masukkan bulatan biji salak lalu angkat.
4. Rebus santan dengan 1 sdt garam dan daun pandan hingga mendidih.
5. Sajikan biji salak dengan kuah gula, beri sesendok santan
