Blanched Kailan

Ingredients/ Bahan:
1         Chinese Broccoli (Kailan)
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce (Saus tiram)
    
Directions/Cara membuat:
English:
1. Steam chopped Chinese broccoli until changed colour to bright glossy green.
2. Strain and put onto plate. Spread the oyster sauce onto it.

Indonesian:

1. Kukus Kailan hingga warna menjadi hijau mengkilap.
2. Tiriskan lalu letakan di atas piring.
3. Cicirin dengan saus tiram.
