Babi Kecap

Method category: Soup/Stew (Rebus)
Ingredients/ Bahan:
500 gr Pork rasher (Sam chan)
           Water (air)
4         Hard-boiled Eggs (Telur rebus)
3 cloves Garlic (Bawang putih)
5 tbsp Sweet soy sauce (Kecap manis)
1 tsp    Salt (Garam)
           Oil
1 tsp    Pepper(merica)
Directions/Cara membuat:
English:
1. Chop the garlic finely and peeled the hard-boiled eggs.
2. Cut the pork into thick slices.
3. Saute the garlic with oil until fragrant then add the pork, stir well until change colour.
4. Add salt, pepper and soy sauce.
5. Stir well until the pork all covered with the soy sauce. If you like it sweeter or darker just add more soy sauce.
6. Add water to cover all the meat and put in the eggs.
7. Simmer about 15 minutes.
8. Serve with steam rice.

Indonesian:

1.  Iris bawang putih kecil2.
2. Kupas telur dang potong2 babi samchan.
3. Grengseng bawang putih hingga wangi, masukkan babi aduk hingga rata dan berubah warna.
4. Campurkan bumbu2 garam, merica, dan kecap manis.
5. Aduk hingga warna rata, bila kurang coklat tambahkan kecap.
6. Masukkan telur dan air secukupnya.
7. Rebus dengan api kecil selama 15 menit.
8. Hidangkan dengan nasi putih..
