Ayam Panggang Kecap

Ingredients/ Bahan:
4
    Chicken Thigh (Paha Ayam)
2 tbsp  Sweet Soy Sauce (Kecap Manis)
     Margarine (Mentega)
3 cloves Garlic (Bawang putih)

Spices/Bumbu:
6  Shallots (Bawang merah)
2 tsp Salt (Garam)
1 tsp Shrimp paste (Petis udang)
1 Big Red chilli (Lombok merah besar)

 
Directions/Cara membuat:
English:
1. Put some margarine and smashed garlic on to a baking pan.
2. Arrange the chicken that already being washed and battered with margarine on the baking pan, bake in the oven until half cooked.
3. Blend the spices and saute until fragrant, add some sweet soy sauce.
4. Pour over the spices on to the chicken and grill until cooked.
5. Serve with raw vegies and Sambal Tomat.
 
Indonesian:
1. Olesi pinggan dengan mentega dan bawang putih di gepak kasar, tata ayam di atasnya lalu panggang setengah matang di oven.
2. Grengseng bumbu halus hingga wangi, lalu tambahkan kecap.
3. Tuang di atas ayam panggang, bakar hingga matang.
4. Hidangkan dengan lalapan dan Sambal Tomat..
