  Ayam Cabe Kering

Ingredients/ Bahan:
2  Thigh Fillets (Paha ayam)
2   Chopped Red Chillies (Cabe merah besar)
2 tbsp Dried Chilli (Cabe kering)
2 tbsp Oil (minyak)
2 tbsp Corn Starch (tepung maizena)
2 tbsp Premium Soy Sauce (Kecap asin premium)
1 tsp Salt (Garam)
   Pepper (merica)
1 tbsp Dark Mushroom Sauce
2 pcs Spring onions (Daun bawang)
2 cloves Garlic chopped (bawang putih, iris)
1 tsp Chopped Ginger (jahe cacah)

 

Directions/Cara membuat:

1. Cut the chicken into cubes and put into a large bowl. Add corn starch, salt, pepper, 1 tbsp soy sauce, marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a wok, add oil. Add chicken and stir until it changed colour and set aside.
4.  Heat oil again in a wok, put in the garlic, red chilli and ginger, stir until fragrant. Put in the chicken and stir evenly. Put in the rest of the spices and dried chilli.
5. Sprinkle with the spring onions just before serving.
 
Indonesian:
1. Potong ayam kotak2, lalu rendam dengan kecap asin, garam, tepung maizena, merica selama minim 30 menit.
2. Panaskan minyak dalam wajan lalu masukkan ayam masak sampai matang.
3. Panaskan minyak dalam wajan, lalu masukkan bawang putih, jahe, dan irisan cabe besar sampai wangi. Lalu masukkan ayam aduk rata. Masukkan bumbu2 lain lalu cabe keringnya. Aduk rata.
4. Taburkan daun bawang sebelum disajikan.
